When it comes to choosing the right equipment for weddings, there are 2 major things to consider: portability and setup time. This is my go-to equipment during any wedding day for a variety of situations from using an pop-up umbrella during formals to the flatpak 70cm octabox during couple of portrait sessions. Everything is easy, quick and portable to use. Even the light stands are retractable so I move it through a wedding venue with one hand without worrying about the legs of the stand hitting someone.

AD200Pro II Battery Pocket Studio Flash
One-Tap Pairing with the X3 Trigger: With a simple tap of the X3's wireless sync button and the AD200Pro II's sync icon, both your Godox AD200Pro II studio flash and your X3 will be paired with minimal effort.

FlatPak Softbox
Built For Speed And Efficiency: It features a revolutionary patented hinged opening mechanism, where the softbox can be unfolded, and the locking mechanism simply clicks into place. Once you have finished using your softbox, the locking mechanism is released with a simple flick of a switch.
Highly Efficient: Highly reflective Profi-line, designed to maximise light output from your light source. It also produces a softer, more homogenous light. Since the opening mechanism is located on the outside, there is nothing inside obstructing the light, giving back that extra bit of light.
Hardwearing Construction: High-quality heard-wearing fabric. It also features eight durable rods that have been stitched into the lining, so you don’t have to worry about the rounds coming out during use.
Double Diffusion Layer And Honeycomb Grid: Two layers of diffusion to help soften the light, giving you more control over your light and helping to further reduce harsh shadows. And a honeycomb grid, that attaches effortlessly to the front of the softbox, giving a narrower spread of light by restricting the beam without spilling onto the background.
H200R Round Head Attachment
Shape: the round head is designed to give you a more natural round light with a gradual fall off compared to the traditional speedlite rectangular flashes.
Magnetic Mount: the magnetic mount means you can easily attach and remove the compatible modifiers with ease.
LED Modelling Light: the LED modelling light will allow you to see how your light will fall, this can be especially useful to give you a better idea of the results before you have taken the photo.
Accessory Kit (AK-R1)
This wedding photography flash lighting kit also comes included with the Round-Head accessory kit, which magnetically attaches to the front of the GIO1 Speedlite, with no need for Velcro straps or clips, etc. This accessory kit is comprised of a Diffuser Dome, Wide Lens, A Bounce-card, Honeycomb grid, a set of barn doors, a Snoot, and a gel holder with a selection of colour-correction gel filters.
Retractable Stand
Size: with a maximum height of 240cm and a minimum of 80cm the stand is sure to be suitable for almost any situation.
Footprint Diameter: the large 80cm footprint leg diameter will ensure stability with your lighting
Folding Function: the unique folding function will mean that the legs fold in when lifting the stand, this makes picking them up and moving very easy, great for shooting on location when moving around with the lighting is required.
Smart Bracket
The S2 SMART Speedlite Adapter Bracket enables you to use small flashes such as Speedlites and Bare-Bulb Flashes in conjunction with your S-Type fitting modifiers such as Softboxes, Beauty Dishes and Snoots etc. The SMART Bracket also enables you to easily mount your AD200Pro II to a standard light stand.
